DCSEU Update on the COVID-19 Situation

While we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, the DCSEU is open for business and staff are working remotely to continue to serve customers. We know this is a very difficult time for DC businesses, institutions, nonprofits, and residents alike.

We are still processing incentives and rebates for commercial, institutional, multifamily, and residential customers. Please bear with us on rebate and incentive fulfillment, especially for mailed checks, as payments may be delayed.

To protect the health and safety of our staff and our customers, the DCSEU is suspending in-person walkthroughs of businesses, institutions, and multifamily properties until further notice. While we are not able to meet in person, we are still available to work with you over the phone, teleconference, or email. We are currently exploring solutions that will allow DCSEU Account Managers and Energy Consultants to engage remotely with customers using FaceTime, Skype, or other video technologies. DCSEU staff will reach out to existing customers and partners to tailor the best approaches for ongoing project collaboration during this time period.

Stay tuned for specific program information, and if you haven’t done so please sign up for email updates via the DCSEU newsletter. Customers, partners, or contractors with questions should reach out to their existing contact at the DCSEU. For general inquiries and questions, please email info@dcseu.com or call 202-479-2222.

The District of Columbia has provided safety requirements and guidance for essential businesses.

UPDATE: Mayor Bowser issued an order on May 29, 2020, to launch Phase One of the District's recovery plan, which lifts the city's stay-at-home order. For more information on Phase One please  visit https://coronavirus.dc.gov/phaseone.
