Throughout each Fiscal Year, the DCSEU releases Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Invitations to Bid (ITBs) for contracting opportunities. FY 2024 Solar for All Community Renewable Energy Facilities Request for Proposals

VEIC, doing business as the District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU), has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking to retain one or more subcontractors to identify, design, install, commission, operate, and maintain fully integrated and operational photovoltaic (PV) systems in the District of Columbia as Community Renewable Energy Facilities (CREFs) in support of DOEE's Solar for All program.

DCSEU Energy Efficiency and Support Services RFQ: Save Energy IQC

The District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Efficiency Utility (DCSEU) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to qualify service providers to provide a broad range of energy efficiency services which are further described in Section IV (Scope of Work) . Experienced and qualified service providers who are committed to reducing energy consumption, improving the efficiency of low-income housing, and increasing the number of green-collar jobs in the District of Columbia are invited to respond to this RFQ.
