Commercial & Multifamily Motor Rebates
Energy-efficient motors, pumps, and drives can yield considerable savings when properly sized and optimized.
Motor rebates for your business or multifamily building
Proper sizing of motors, pumps, and fans is the most important factor in a system’s overall energy efficiency. A motor’s drive is what controls its speed, which then rotates a pump or fan to move air or fluid. A variable frequency drive’s (VFD) load-matching technology allows a motor to run only as fast as needed, saving energy, and reducing wear on equipment.
We offer standard rebates for all commercial, multifamily, and institutional buildings in DC. Save on VFDs for:
- Supply fans
- Return fans
- Chilled water pumps
- Hot water pumps
- Water source heat pump circulation pumps
