Commercial & Multifamily HVAC Rebates
Did you know heating and cooling accounts for as much as 40% of the energy used in commercial facilities? Take advantage of energy-efficient electric heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and reduce energy consumption while gaining increased equipment reliability and cost savings.
Commercial & Multifamily HVAC Rebates
A great way to save money up front, DCSEU standard rebates are available to all businesses operating within the District. Small businesses, affordable housing, clinics, and shelters serving income-qualified DC residents all qualify for our enhanced rebates. No matter what line of work you’re in, we’ve got the cash incentives to help when installing, renovating, or replacing HVAC equipment at your business.
Rebate Info
PLEASE NOTE: the DCSEU no longer offers rebates/incentives for any new gas equipment installed in market-rate, commercial, institutional, and multifamily buildings in accordance with District policy and the Clean Energy DC Plan. The DCSEU may still provide incentives and technical support for operations & maintenance (O&M) efficiency measures for existing gas equipment for all commercial and multifamily (market-rate and affordable) properties.
