Multifamily, office, and mixed-use facilities among others serving DC residents and business can save money, increase equipment reliability, and create more comfortable spaces by making energy-efficient choices when installing or replacing appliances.  Make sure it’s ENERGY STAR®-certified and you can save $35-$200 per qualifying dehumidifier, clothes washer, clothes dryer, and refrigerator installed in your building.

All Businesses

  • All projects must be submitted for pre-approval prior to the purchase of equipment. Applications that are not submitted for pre-approval are not guaranteed to receive rebates from the DCSEU.
  • Rebates for appliances are limited to one per unit
