- Applicants must provide a dated sales receipt listing the product's model number. If purchased online, please have your receipt visibly show name, address, and proof of delivery/installation.
- Limit one product per utility account per fiscal year.
- Offer is valid on technologies purchased from 10/1/2025 - 9/30/2026. Rebates must be submitted or postmarked by 9/30/2026 in order to qualify.
