  • ENERGY STAR® dehumidifiers have more efficient refrigeration coils, compressors, and fans, compared to conventional models, which means they use less energy to remove moisture. In fact, the average ENERGY STAR-certified dehumidifier can save up to $175 over the life of the unit. 
  • The DCSEU offers a $35 rebate on qualifying dehumidifiers. The appliances eligible for this rebate can help you save more energy and money, while helping to protect the environment.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must provide a dated sales receipt. If purchased online, please have your receipt visibly show name, address, and proof of delivery/installation.
  • Dehumidifiers must meet ENERGY STAR specifications.
  • Limit one product per utility account per fiscal year.
  • Offer is valid on technologies installed after 10/1/2024 and qualifying criteria for purchase. Please check back for updates to equipment installation date and application postmark date eligibility. Sign up for updates to be notified of any future changes.
