Get More Out of Your Energy Dollar

Simply purchasing new equipment doesn't give you the maximum savings from efficiency. Consider ENERGY STAR systems. The higher the AFUE the more efficient the system. See the difference in energy costs below (based on savings from natural gas boilers).

A graph illustrating that annual energy costs for newer ENERGY STAR systems is lower than older systems

Heating and Cooling equipment must be installed by a DCSEU Participating Contractor in order to qualify for rebates. Contractors must have a valid DC Master Plumbing/Gas Fitter license to offer heating rebates. If your contractor is not listed, please ask them to contact the DCSEU to enroll.
