About Registration Priority

All potential registrants will be required to provide their unique Train Green Registrant Code to the DCSEU to register for any upcoming courses in FY 2026. All training and certification courses are offered at no cost to participants on a first-come, first-served basis, however, registrants that fit the following criteria will be given priority access to courses:

Priority 1

District residents at District CBE or CBE-Eligible firms

Priority 2

District residents working outside of the District or non-residents working for District CBE or CBE-Eligible firms

Priority 3

Non-district residents (who do not meet the criteria listed under Priority 1 or 2)
