Eligibility: how to claim your free energy kit

Only Washington, DC residents are eligible to receive a kit.
One kit per address AND one kit per customer.
You must complete the form below within 14 calendar days from the date provided to you by the DCSEU (for tenants of eligible Affordable Housing Retrofit Accelerator (AHRA) buildings only)
