This program is funded by the DC Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) through the FY26 Residential Energy Contractor Support Grant. It is delivered in coordination with the DC Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU), whose Train Green training pipeline connects many participating businesses to the program, and the DC Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE).
