This course covers the step-by-step process for starting and operating a preventive maintenance program that produces energy savings and improves equipment reliability. The primary focus is on using a structured system to manage and implement preventive maintenance, from work order generation to tool selection. Participants will also explore effective troubleshooting methods for identifying and resolving issues, testing procedures, and operational analysis. Additionally, the course will cover the development of troubleshooting service records.
