GPRO Operations and Maintenance Essentials Training and Exam

While building design and construction receive significant attention, the long-term energy consumption of a building is determined by how it is operated and maintained. In this GPRO Operations and Maintenance Essentials training, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to optimize building performance, implement sustainable operations, and improve energy efficiency. The training includes practical tools for measuring building performance and hands-on strategies for reducing energy consumption.
 

This course is ideal for property managers, building superintendents, facility managers, operating engineers, maintenance staff, porters, and other professionals involved in residential and commercial building operations.

Prerequisites:

None, but this course is recommended for building staff involved in the operations and maintenance of residential or commercial buildings.

GPRO O&M Certificate awarded upon successful completion of the training and exam.

  • This course includes interactive discussions, case studies, and hands-on exercises.
  • Participants should be prepared to engage in discussions and group activities.

All training and certification courses are offered at no cost to participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the time commitment, registrants may not sign up for conflicting courses unless the conflicting course is self-paced.
