BPI Multifamily Building Analyst Training and Proctored Certification Testing
EnergyScore® BPI Multifamily Building Analyst (MFBA) certification training teaches participants how to assess complex multifamily buildings, including those with central heating plants, hydronic or steam distribution systems, and elevators. The course covers blower door testing, combustion safety, ventilation, moisture issues, thermal and pressure boundaries, and energy efficiency improvements based on building science principles.

- Live Zoom classroom instruction Monday – Wednesday (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Proctored certification exam on Thursday (1:00 PM)
