Howard University recently completed an exterior LED lighting retrofit, receiving technical assistance and incentives from the DCSEU. The new installations boost lighting levels around the campus while also increasing energy efficiency and decreasing maintenance costs. The effort comes as the University seeks ways to reduce energy costs, beautify its campus and reduce its overall footprint.
