The District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the DCSEU Solar for All (SfA) Program to retain one or more subcontractors to identify, design, permit, construct, operate, and maintain fully integrated and operational photovoltaic (PV) electric generation systems in the District of Columbia (District). The systems will be required to operate and interconnect as Community Renewable Energy Facilities (CREFs).
