EAI Commercial Energy Audit Training Program
EAI Commercial Energy Audit Training Program will teach participant how to conduct a detailed small business energy audit. Participants will gain this knowledge by completing the ten modules set forth below which will allow the participant to identify the common energy wasting areas of a commercial facility. Participants will also learn more in-depth energy conservation techniques to enable maximum energy savings.

- Commercial Energy
- Analyzing Energy Usage
- Benchmarking and Energy Use Intensity (EUI)
- Building Envelope
- Commercial Lighting
- Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems
- Appliances & Machinery
- Economics and Payback Periods
- Commercial Reporting

Course Format: Virtual, Live Instruction
Prerequisites: The course requires high school level math and reading. Completion of basic algebra with at least a B- is very helpful. You don’t need any previous experience in energy or auditing in order to follow along and learn how to conduct Energy Audits. Cameras are required to be on.
Course Materials: Printed copy of all course materials to be mailed to participant.
Course Dates: Monday-Friday, July 25 – July 29, 2022. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00PM - 5:00PM. Certification Exam on the final day in August
